True emotional awareness takes courage. I mean, real courage. There is a huge movement out there aimed at becoming conscious, and I was a part of it for many years. Unfortunately, I never really got anywhere with it. I am going to go out on major limb here by confessing that I was frustrated by platitudes and positive affirmations. They just didn’t help...
Welcome to Stepping Up To Your Potential! Thank you for joining me as I work to do exactly that. I feel that we are the Divine exploring ourselves, and my job is to express as much of the potential that was granted to me as I'm capable of. This is a soul journey rooted in emotional intelligence and I'd love to share it with you. I am far from a master at this, but growing is exactly the point here.
