My Story

A lifelong enthusiast of the crossroads between spirituality and psychology, I’ve been exploring the journey of self-discovery for as long as I can remember. “Know Thyself” has always been the underlying thread. Over the years, the tools I’ve gathered along the way are now the tools I  use to help others navigate back into their own authentic selves.

Pattern weaver

I’m a storyteller. Stories are one of the most powerful ways we explore what it means to be human. I create worlds where themes, personalities, wounds, beliefs, fears, gifts, and impossible situations can all collide and evolve in creative and unexpected ways. We dare the impossible, challenge the ridiculous, and occasionally stumble face-first into uncomfortable truths.

Stories weave together threads: a little trauma here, a family belief there, a defense mechanism stitched beside a longing, a fear tangled together with a gift. Over time those threads interact, reinforce each other, knot themselves into strange shapes, and eventually create the tapestry of a life.

That lens became the foundation for how I understand myself and others. My lifelong fascination with psychology, spirituality, symbolism, dreams, mythology, energy work, and human behavior has given me a unique ability to recognize the deeper patterns shaping someone’s experience; not just where they are, but where they could go and what may be standing in the way.

Intuitive Guide

Claircognizance is my baseline ‘clair’, though that ‘knowing’ immediately hits my imagination and gets routed into a visual, a sentence, or a feeling. Having been writing since elementary school, this pathway is highly refined. But I always thought it was just that – my imagination. “I made it up – it’s not real.” It was when I formally learned to channel that I began to really gain an appreciation for just how refined and nuanced this knowing capability is. The imagination is just the pathway it takes to reach my conscious awareness, but I have learned through a lot of pain to listen to it. I was walking out of the house one day, keys in hand, wondering ‘where am I going?’ and I hear ‘McDonald’s.’ “But I don’t want to go there…” So I go to McDonald’s and the sky is grey, the drizzle of a storm just starting. And there in the drive-thru is a tiny kitten who needed help. That was my final straw to trusting what is coming through.

Because the writing combined with the honed channel, I’ve been told I have a way of putting words around things people feel or know but can’t quite articulate yet. I describe that as “putting handlebars on it,” because once something has been framed in a workable way we can go somewhere with it.

Existential Cartographer

My insight is energy based – and since everything is energy, that’s an interesting field of view! I’ve seen and felt the influence of past lives and helped people reframe the connection to release it, and the pattern it’s driving. There’s gifts just waiting for this one block to be addressed, or for you to ‘bake a little bit more’ with time and learning. I’ve seen how gifts can unfold, but only if you’re already on your path. I see the patterns that your frequency and vibrations produce, and from there, where can we go with that insight?

At the core of everything I do is the belief that healing is not about becoming someone else, or killing off pieces of you. It’s about uncovering the patterns, stories, defenses, wounds, gifts, and deeper truths already shaping you so you can integrate them and recognize the richness of your own tapestry more clearly, and from there navigate the map of your life with greater awareness, coherence, grace, and self-trust.
