1 Hour Energy Work Session
What I do is identify all manner of blocks, work to restore flow, and support meaningful transformation and forward momentum. My ability to perceive the living energy helps reveal where the important patterns are located and confirms when we have reached the roots of what is asking to be seen. Each session is unique, with the focus being on helping you to safely engage with what is actually present—emotionally, somatically, energetically, and psychologically—so the system no longer has to hold it in the same way.

30 Minute Energy Work Session
It all starts with conversation. Regardless of where we go in any session, the conversation we have is what guides us to what is ready to move. As you talk about what is coming up for you, I will follow that vibration into your energy field and be taken to what is alive for you and what, in this moment, is available to be moved or seen. This is a deeply collaborative and co-creative process aimed at restoring flow, coherence, embodiment, and healthier organization within the system so meaningful shifts can emerge naturally and sustainably.
